My husband loves to take these to work an share , but always forgets my dish, so heres a tip , I started getting the graham cracker pie crust (2) and i just divide all ingredients in 1/2 i keep one for home and he takes one an no worries.

Thanks for this recipe. The chicken was so nicely cooked it just fell off the bone (actually tried to move it to a plate to “cut” and it just fell apart). The taste was wonderful. I’ll be preparing the soup broth overnight as you indicated.

I made this tonight. We just got done eating and it was a HUGE hit. ( I had pork andouille and regular spinach on hand, so used those. ) I could totally see this on a menu at a resturant. I can’t wait to make it for my friends.
