This is without a doubt the best cranbery sauce you will ever have.  It has an unusal flavor combination that works very well together.  Cranberrys with finely chopped crisp apples, finely chopped celery and pecans and cooked in fresh orange juice.  I dont know about you, but I love homemade cranberry sauce and this one is gonna please even the skeptics… And heres a great tip, try it the next day on oatmeal with a little vanilla yogurt!!!   Yum!!    Happy Thanksgiving from Camala and Christine!!

INGREDIENTS
1 package cranberrys
2/3 cup fresh orange juice  (pulp is good)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped apples (peeled)

Cook cranberrys in medium sauce pan with sugar and orange juice stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.  Remove from heat and cool for about 15 minutes.  Stir in finely chopped apples, celery and pecans.  Serve warm or cooled.  Blessings  and have a safe and joyful Thanksgiving!!
